كوناكري – صادرت البحرية الغينية أكثر من 1.5 طن من الكوكايين، كانت على متن سفينة ترفع علم سيراليون، واعتقلت طاقمها المكون من 10 أشخاص.
وأوضح بيان صادر الأربعاء عن الجيش الغيني أنه تم العثور على “62 حقيبة تزن كل واحدة منها 25 كيلوغراما من الكوكايين، وأخرى بوزن 22 كيلوغراما” لدى القيام بتفتيش السفينة.
وأشار البيان إلى أن طاقم السفينة يتكون من 4 سيراليونيين و3 غانيين و3 غينيين، وقد تم تسليمهم مع كمية الكوكايين البالغة 1.572 كيلوغراما، من طرف وزير الدفاع، إلى المدعي العام بمحكمة كالوم الابتدائية في كوناكري، وذلك للبدء في التحقيق.
وبحسب تقرير صادر عن مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة نشر في يونيو 2022، فإن غرب ووسط القارة الإفريقية، أضحى “منطقة استهلاك مرتفع للمخدرات”، بعد أن كان لفترة طويلة “منطقة عبور”.
