عثمان سونكو يكشف عن سبع تحولات كبرى لرسم مستقبل جديد للسنغال
أعلن رئيس الوزراء السنغالي، عثمان سونكو، عن خطة طموحة تتضمن سبع تحولات رئيسية تهدف إلى تغيير مسار التنمية في البلاد وتحقيق استقلال اقتصادي واجتماعي شامل. في خطابه الأخير، أكد سونكو على ضرورة التحرر من ما وصفه بـ”عقدة المستعمر” وغرس ثقافة الفخر والطموح لدى الأجيال الجديدة، مشيراً إلى أن السنغال قادرة على تحقيق التنمية بقدراتها الذاتية كما فعلت دول أخرى خلال جيل أو اثنين.
وشدد سونكو على أهمية الاعتماد على الكفاءات المحلية وتشجيع القطاع الخاص الوطني ليكون محركاً رئيسياً للنمو الاقتصادي المستدام. واعتبر أن هذه الخطوة ستساهم في بناء اقتصاد تنافسي قائم على موارد محلية تعزز استقلال البلاد.
كما وجه انتقاداً شديداً للسياسات السابقة التي اعتمدت على خطط طارئة ومشاريع مؤقتة، وصفها بأنها مجرد وعود انتخابية لا تلبي تطلعات الشعب العميقة. وأعلن عن تبني الحكومة لنهج جديد يعتمد على رؤية طويلة المدى تمتد لـ25 عاماً، بهدف وضع أسس متينة لمستقبل الأجيال القادمة.
هذه الخطوة تمثل تحولاً جذرياً في النهج السياسي والإداري للسنغال، حيث يسعى سونكو إلى رسم ملامح مستقبل يقوم على التخطيط الاستراتيجي والشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، مع التركيز على بناء اقتصاد مستقل يلبي طموحات الشعب.
