رفع حظر السفر عن منصور فاي بعد حكم قضائي لصالحه
كسب منصور فاي، عمدة سانت لويس، معركته القانونية ضد الدولة السنغالية، بعد أن أصدر قاضي الاستعجال بالمحكمة الإدارية العليا قرارًا برفع حظر السفر المفروض عليه
ووفقًا لمحاميه مِ ال حاجي آمادو سال، فإن القاضي أمر السلطات بالسماح لمنصور فاي بالسفر بحرية حيث أوضح أن “القاضي أصدر توجيهًا واضحًا لوزارة الداخلية لإبلاغ شرطة الحدود بالسماح له بالتنقل دون قيود”
وصدر الحكم يوم الجمعة 28 مارس 2025، بعد أن كان فاي قد مُنع من السفر مرتين من قبل الشرطة
