تم الخميس في اجتماع مجلس الوزراء بقصر رئاسة الجمهورية تعيين الباحث والمحاضر القدير دكتور خادم سيلا رئيسا لمجلس إدارة المعهد الإسلامي بدكار ،خلفا للسيد مام عبدو سيسي الذي كان يشغل هذا المنصب .
الدكتور خادم سيلا حامل الدكتوراه في علم الاجتماع دراسات “موضوع عام” هجرة المسلمين في الغرب بشكل عام ومجتمع موريد على وجه الخصوص” في إنالكو في باريس عام 1999 D.E.A (دبلوم الدراسات المتعمقة) م 1992 وماجستير في الشريعة والتشريعات بجامعة القاهرة في مصر
