تجريم المثلية في السنغال: المتحدث باسم الحكومة يوضح موقف السلطات
في خضم الجدل المتصاعد حول تجريم المثلية الجنسية في السنغال، خرج الناطق باسم الحكومة، الوزير أمادو مصطفى ندييك سار، عن صمته، مؤكدًا أن الدولة تتماشى مع غالبية السنغاليين الذين يرفضون هذه الممارسات، وأن المسار التشريعي لتشديد العقوبات قيد التنفيذ.
جاءت تصريحاته خلال استضافته في برنامج “ناي لير” على التلفزيون الرسمي RTS، حيث قال:
“غالبية السنغاليين يرفضون المثلية، ونحن نتبنى هذا الموقف”.
وأوضح أن الكتلة البرلمانية لحزب “باستيف” الحاكم بدأت مشاورات مع الائتلاف المحافظ “آن سام جيكو يي”، وهو الائتلاف الذي يقود المبادرة لسن قانون يُجرّم المثلية بشكل أكثر صرامة.
“لقد استقبل نواب باستيف ممثلي الائتلاف، وتباحثوا بشأن مشروع القانون، ولم يتبق سوى صياغته النهائية وتقديمه للتصويت في الجمعية الوطنية”، أضاف الوزير.
وفي رده على الانتقادات والضغوط الخارجية، شدد ندييك سار على استقلال القرار السيادي للسلطات السنغالية، قائلاً:
“لا رئيس الجمهورية ولا الوزير الأول يخضعان لأي ضغوط خارجية. ثقافتنا ترفض المثلية الجنسية، ونحن نتمسك بهذا الموقف بثبات”.
تصريحات من شأنها أن تعزز الخطاب المحافظ السائد في الشارع السنغالي، وسط ترقّب لما ستسفر عنه التحركات البرلمانية المقبلة بشأن مشروع القانون المنتظر
