بشير جوماي فاي: العمل هو الضامن الحقيقي للعيش الكريم

أكد الرئيس السنغالي، بشير جوماي فاي، أن العمل يشكل ركيزة أساسية للاستقرار الاجتماعي والتنمية البشرية، معتبراً أنه “الضامن الحقيقي للحق في عيش كريم”. جاء ذلك خلال افتتاح النسخة الرابعة من المؤتمر الاجتماعي، الخميس، بالمركز الدولي للمؤتمرات عبدو ضيوف، تحت عنوان: التشغيل وقابلية التوظيف.

وأشار فاي إلى أن الحصول على وظيفة مؤهلة يتطلب مجموعة من المهارات والقدرات، وهو ما يُعرف بـ”قابلية التوظيف”، مؤكداً على العلاقة التكاملية بين التشغيل والتكوين. وأضاف أن التحديات التكنولوجية، مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والروبوتات، تفرض إعادة التفكير في مستقبل العمل والمهارات المطلوبة مستقبلاً.

كما أقر بوجود صعوبات حقيقية في سوق العمل السنغالي، رغم البرامج والمبادرات الحكومية، نظراً لتزايد عدد السكان وشبابية المجتمع وهيمنة القطاع غير المهيكل. ودعا إلى حوار مسؤول بين الحكومة وأرباب العمل والنقابات والمجتمع المدني لإيجاد حلول فعالة ومستدامة
