باب مالك اندور يفند رواية نجاح الاكتتاب ويؤكد أن العملية ليست جديدة ولا تمثل إنجازا استثنائيا
أكد الخبير الاقتصادي وعضو حزب التحالف من أجل الجمهورية باب مالك اندور أن عملية الاكتتاب التي أطلقتها الدولة السنغالية بقيمة 150 مليار فرنك إفريقي والتي جمعت أكثر من 405 مليار ليست بالأمر الجديد ولا تمثل إنجازا اقتصاديا فريدا كما يروج له البعض
وقال اندور إن آلة الدعاية لحزب باستيف ستصور هذه العملية وكأنها نجاح غير مسبوق وستملأ الشاشات بالمصطلحات الرنانة والاحتفالات الباهظة مضيفا أن غير المطلعين سيعتقدون أنهم أمام حدث اقتصادي تاريخي بينما الحقيقة مختلفة تماما
وأضاف أن السنغال سبق وأن نظمت عمليات اكتتاب مماثلة في السنوات الماضية وتمت تغطيتها بالكامل بل وتجاوزت أهدافها قبل انتهاء الآجال مشيرا إلى أن اكتتاب أغسطس 2022 جمع أكثر من 138 مليار خلال ستة أيام فقط رغم أن الهدف كان 120 مليار وبمعدلات أقل جاذبية من الحالية
وأوضح أن تصوير الإقبال على الاكتتاب كأنه تعبير جديد عن الوطنية والثقة في النظام القائم هو أمر غير دقيق لأن المستثمرين في المنطقة كانوا دائما حاضرين سواء من السنغال أو من دول الاتحاد الاقتصادي والنقدي لغرب إفريقيا
وختم قائلا إن ما حدث لا يُعد معجزة اقتصادية بل يعكس فقط ثقة السوق في الدولة رغم ما يُقال عن ضعف هوامشها المالية والميزانية
