المعارض “تيرنو بوكوم” يهاجم إعلان السياسة العامة لرئيس الوزراء عثمان سونكو: “وعود زائفة وفساد ممنهج”

في انتقاد ناري، وصف المعارض تيرنو بوكوم إعلان رئيس الوزراء عثمان سونكو عن السياسة العامة أمام البرلمان بأنه “استعراض كلامي بلا مضمون”. واتهم النظام الحالي بإطلاق وعود كاذبة تخفي سوء إدارة وفساداً يهدد استقرار البلاد.

وأشار بوكوم إلى أن الحكومة لجأت إلى مراسيم رئاسية لإنفاق الأموال العامة دون موافقة البرلمان، في خرق واضح للشفافية المالية. كما أثار تساؤلات حول إنفاق 8 مليارات فرنك على معالجة الفيضانات دون أي توضيح للمواطنين، معتبراً أن هذا يكشف عن “إدارة مالية كارثية”.

كما وصف التعيينات الحكومية بـ”الاستغلال الحزبي”، حيث اتهم النظام بمنح مناصب حساسة لأعضاء الحزب الحاكم على حساب الكفاءات الوطنية. وانتقد علانية تدخل رئيس الوزراء في أعمال القضاء، قائلاً إن ذلك يقوّض استقلاليته ويهز ثقة الشعب في العدالة.

أما عن الميزانية الجديدة التي بلغت 4.3 تريليون فرنك، فقد أكد بوكوم أنها تعكس “سياسة إنفاق عشوائية تزيد من أعباء الدولة دون رؤية واضحة لتحقيق التنمية”.

ودعا بوكوم الشعب إلى محاسبة النظام، قائلاً: “هذا الإعلان السياسي ليس سوى واجهة تخفي عجزاً عن تحقيق تطلعات السنغاليين”.
