السودان: 4 مطالب لحل أزمة سد “النهضة” الإثيوبي

قال وزير الري والموارد المائية السوداني ياسر عباس، الثلاثاء، إن بلاده دفعت بـ 4 مطالب لحل أزمة سد “النهضة” الإثيوبي.
جاء ذلك في مؤتمر صحفي عقده عباس بالعاصمة الخرطوم، قبل توجهه إلى نيويورك للمشاركة في جلسة لمجلس الأمن الدولي حول السد، الخميس، تعقد بناء على طلب السودان ومصر.
واعتبر عباس أن “استجابة مجلس الأمن لطلب السودان عقد جلسة خاصة بملف سد النهضة تحت الفصل السادس من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة يعد نجاحا للدبلوماسية السودانية، وتأكيدا واضحا على حجة السودان بأن الملء الأحادي الثاني يمثل تهديدا للأمن والسلم الإقليميين”.
وأضاف أن السودان “دفع بمطالب تتمثل في عقد جلسة لمناقشة الأزمة، ومنع إثيوبيا من القيام بتدابير أحادية الجانب وتحويل دور اللجنة الرباعية إلى وسطاء بقيادة الاتحاد الإفريقي بدل دور المراقبين، ودعوة الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الإفريقي للمساعدة في دفع التفاوض بين الدول الثلاث (السودان ومصر وإثيوبيا)”.
والاثنين، أعلنت وزارة الري المصرية أن إثيوبيا أخطرتها ببدء عملية الملء الثاني لسد “النهضة”، مؤكدة رفض القاهرة لهذه “الخطوة الأحادية”، ومحذرة من تداعياتها على الأمن والسلم إقليميا ودوليا.
وقال رئيس الوزراء الإثيوبي آبي أحمد، الإثنين، إن هدف بلاده من بناء “سد النهضة” هو فقط تلبية حاجاتها من الكهرباء، دون تشكيل تهديد على دول المصب (مصر والسودان).
بينما تتمسك القاهرة والخرطوم بالتوصل أولا إلى اتفاق ثلاثي بشأن الملء والتشغيل، للحفاظ على منشآتهما المائية، وضمان استمرار تدفق حصتيهما السنوية من مياه نهر النيل.
وجلسة الخميس، ستكون الثانية من نوعها لمجلس الأمن بعد جلسة عُقدت قبل عام، وانتهت بحثّ أطراف الأزمة على الحوار، تحت قيادة الاتحاد الإفريقي.
