السنغال: تنصيب المحكمة العليا للعدالة بعد الانتخابات البرلمانية الجديدة
أعلن البرلمان السنغالي، اليوم السبت، عن تنصيب أعضاء المحكمة العليا للعدالة، وهو إجراء دوري يتم عقب كل انتخابات برلمانية جديدة. وتم التصويت على قائمة الأعضاء الأساسيين والاحتياطيين، حيث أيد 140 نائباً القائمة مع تسجيل 4 امتناعات وصوتين ضد.
خلال الجلسة، أدى الأعضاء المنتخبون اليمين الدستورية أمام النواب، متعهدين “بالوفاء بمهامهم بأمانة وولاء، والحفاظ على سرية المداولات والتصويتات، والتصرف كقضاة يتميزون بالكرامة والالتزام”.
وتعتبر المحكمة العليا للعدالة في السنغال هيئة قضائية يتم تشكيلها مع بداية كل دورة برلمانية جديدة، لضمان الفصل في القضايا المرتبطة بمسؤولين يشغلون مناصب عليا. هذه الخطوة تعكس التزام البلاد بتعزيز سيادة القانون وترسيخ نظامها الديمقراطي.
