على مدى يومين تحولت العاصمة السنغالية داكار، إلى عاصمة إفريقية للاستثمار، مع انطلاق فعاليات منتدى الاستثمار في السنغال (Fii Senegal 2025)، الذي يجمع رؤساء دول وحكومات، ومؤسسات مالية كبرى، ومستثمرين عالميين، في حدث اقتصادي رفيع يرمي إلى وضع السنغال في صدارة وجهات الاستثمار في غرب إفريقيا.

المنتدى، الذي يُنظم تحت إشراف رئاسة الجمهورية السنغالية، يحمل شعار “ربط الفرص لبناء المستقبل”، ويعكس الرؤية الجديدة للرئيس بشير جوماي جاخار فاي، الرامية إلى تحويل داكار إلى مركز مالي وتجاري إقليمي يربط بين إفريقيا والعالم.

السعودية ضيف الشرف… وحضور استثماري لافت

وحلت المملكة العربية السعودية ضيف شرف على المنتدى بوفد كبير يقوده معالي وزير الاستثمار المهندس خالد بن عبدالعزيز الفالح، ويضم أكثر من أربعين مستثمراً من القطاعين العام والخاص، ما يعكس متانة العلاقات بين البلدين ورغبة مشتركة في تعزيز الشراكات الاقتصادية، خاصة في مجالات الطاقة، والزراعة، والسياحة، والبنية التحتية.

كما يشارك في المنتدى عدد من كبار المسؤولين الأفارقة، من بينهم ناصر بوريطة، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، الذي شدد على أن المنتدى “يمثل تجسيداً حقيقياً للتعاون الإفريقي في خدمة التنمية والاستثمار المشترك”.

الرئيس فاي: السنغال تمضي بثقة نحو المستقبل

وفي كلمته أمام الحضور، أكد الرئيس بشير جوماي جاخار فاي أن المنتدى يعكس التزام بلاده ببناء جسور بين المواهب والأفكار والموارد والأسواق، قائلاً: “يمثل هذا المنتدى فرصةً لربط الفرص لبناء المستقبل. نحن نحتاج إلى حلول مستدامة تُسهم في التقدم الوطني والقاري معاً.”

وأضاف الرئيس أن السنغال تمضي قدماً في تحويل اقتصادها من نموذج يعتمد على تصدير المواد الخام إلى اقتصاد التصنيع المحلي، عبر تطوير القطاعات الإنتاجية مثل الطاقة، والصناعات الزراعية، والتقنيات الحديثة، بما يسهم في خلق فرص عمل وتحقيق القيمة المضافة.

وأوضح الرئيس فاي أن بلاده لا تبحث عن رؤوس أموال فحسب، بل عن شركاء استراتيجيين يساهمون في نقل التكنولوجيا وتبادل الخبرات وبناء القدرات الوطنية.
وقال إن الاستراتيجية الاستثمارية للسنغال ترتكز على ثلاث ركائز رئيسية: نقل المهارات والتكنولوجيا لتقوية الكفاءات المحلية. ودمج سلاسل القيمة الوطنية عبر إشراك الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة السنغالية. والاستثمار المشترك الذي يضمن مشاركة فاعلة للمؤسسات الوطنية في المشاريع الكبرى.

وبفضل موقعها الجغرافي على المحيط الأطلسي، تشكل داكار بوابةً طبيعية لأسواق غرب إفريقيا، وتستفيد من شبكة موانئ ومطارات وطرق حديثة تجعلها مركزاً لوجستياً متكاملاً.
كما تتميز السنغال ببيئة سياسية مستقرة وإصلاحات اقتصادية جريئة جعلتها وجهةً مفضلة للمستثمرين الباحثين عن فرص آمنة ومربحة في القارة الإفريقية.

ومن المنتظر أن يسفر المنتدى عن توقيع سلسلة من الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التفاهم بين الحكومة السنغالية وشركات دولية في مجالات الطاقة المتجددة، والزراعة الذكية، والتكنولوجيا الصناعية، مما يعزز مسار التحول الاقتصادي للبلاد.

ويُتوقع أن يسهم الحضور السعودي والعربي الواسع في فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون، وترسيخ موقع السنغال كمنصة رئيسية لجذب الاستثمارات العربية نحو إفريقيا الغربية.

بهذا الزخم الدولي، يُكرّس منتدى الاستثمار في السنغال 2025 مكانته كأهم حدث اقتصادي سنوي في المنطقة، ويؤكد أن السنغال لم تعد مجرد نقطة عبور للاستثمار، بل أصبحت مركزاً ديناميكياً يقود القارة نحو مستقبل اقتصادي مستدام، عنوانه التعاون والشراكة والتجديد.
