السنغال : بيان وزارة الخارجية والسنغاليين في الخارج جراء الأحداث في فلسطين

                تشعر السنغال بقلق بالغ إزاء استئناف الأعمال العدائية في الصراع الإسرائيلي الفلسطيني يوم السبت 7 أكتوبر 2023. وتدين حكومة جمهورية السنغال الهجمات التي كانت السبب وراء دوامة العنف الجديدة هذه، وتدعو جميع الأطراف إلى ممارسة ضبط النفس لتجنب تفاقم الخسائر البشرية والمادية الفادحة بالفعل.

وبصفتها رئيس لجنة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف، تؤكد السنغال مجددا ضرورة إحياء المفاوضات بين الطرفين في أسرع وقت ممكن، بهدف تحقيق الهدف الذي حددته قرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة التي تقضي بإقامة دولتين مستقلتين، إسرائيل وفلسطين، و تعيشان جنباً إلى جنب، ضمن حدود آمنة ومعترف بها دولياً.
