الحكومة تمنح الكتاتيب القرآنية 6 مليار فرنك
اعلن الرئيس ماكي سال منح الكتاتيب القرآنية مبلغا قدرها 6 مليار فرنك أفريقي تهدف إلى تحسين ظروف المعيشة والدراسة في المدارس القرآنية،
وجاء الإعلان خلال الحفل الرسمي لليوم الوطني للمدارس القرآنية في نسخته الثانية.
وقال الرئيس ماكي ماكي سال إنه سيتم استخدام 1 مليار لشراء ما بين 2500 إلى 2700 طن من الأرز .
وأضاف رئيس الدولة أنه سيتم توزيع 5 مليارات فرنك على المدارس القرآنية بتوزيع يتراوح مابين 300 ألف فرنك أفريقي إلى مليون حسب حجم المدرسة .
صرح الرئيس سال في اللغة المحلية قائلاً: “كان من المفترض أن يقام هذا اليوم قبل بضعة أشهر ولكن كما وعدتكم، أخبرت وزير المالية أنني أريد أن يكون المبلغ جاهزا قبل هذا اللقاء “.
ووفقا له، فإن “تحسين الظروف المعيشية في المدارس القرآنية يجب أن يكون مرادفا للحد من التسول، وخاصة في شوارع داكار والمدن الكبرى في السنغال”.
وشدد على اتخاذ القرار بدعم معلمي القرآن الكريم وكل من يرافقهم، ولا سيما “نديو دارا” (امهات الكتاتيب القرآنية )
وذكّر رئيس الدولة بأن الحكومة هي استمرارية، وأعرب عن أمله في أن “يستمر هذا الدعم ويتطور” وفقا للزيادة في ميزانية الدولة.
وشدد على أن الكتاتيب القرآنية ، تعتبر إطارا للتعليم والتدريب، هي “معيار ينقل القيم المرجعية وقواعد السلوك المرتكزة على تعاليم القرآن الكريم وسنة النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم)”. .
