مالي : رئيس المجلس الإنتقالي يلتقي بأعضاء المجلس الأعلى للقضاء
التقى العقيد آسيمي غويتا، أمس بأعضاء مجلس القضاء الأعلى في قصر كولوبا لمناقشة مشاكل القضاء
وعُقد الاجتماع بحضور وزير العدل وحقوق الإنسان ، حافظ الأختام محمدو كاسوغي ، ورئيس المحكمة العليا، والعديد من الشخصيات الأخرى.
وكان هذا الاجتماع فرصة لرئيس الدولة ليناقش مع محاوريه عددًا من المشاكل التي تواجه القضاء في البلاد. وهي تتمحور بشكل رئيسي حول الأمن في المحاكم ، واحترام قرارات المحاكم والمؤسسة القضائية ككل ، فضلاً عن تحسين ظروف معيشة وعمل القضاة.
بالإضافة إلى قضية زيادة سن التقاعد والاعتداءات “المستهدفة” على نظام العدالة من قبل بعض الناس.
حول هذه النقطة الأخيرة ، أشار رئيس المحكمة العليا إلى أن مؤسسته لن تستسلم لـ “ضجيجات” بعض المواطنين.
وأوضح أنه لا ديمقراطية بدون عدالة قوية وذات مصداقية تلعب دورها بالكامل.
كما أعلن أن مؤسسته لن تفشل في مهمتها ، ووعد بأنها ستحتل مكانها بالكامل.
وردا على المخاوف التي أثيرت ، أكد وزير العدل وحقوق الإنسان أن الإجراءات جارية لإيجاد حلول للمشاكل من أجل السماح للعدالة بلعب دورها الكامل في بناء البلاد. وفيما يتعلق بأمن المحاكم ، أعلن محمدو كاسوغي عن بذل جهود حتى يكون لدينا عدد كاف من الوكلاء لضمان أمن المحاكم والموظفين”.
وفيما يتعلق باحترام قرارات المحاكم واستقلاليتها ، أشار وزير العدل إلى أن السلطات ملتزمة بحزم بتحقيق ذلك حتى يستعيد القضاء مجده. كدليل على هذه الرغبة ، التي تتماشى مع المثل الأعلى لمالي جديدة ، سلط الوزير كاسوغي الضوء على الجهود التي تبذلها أعلى السلطات في الشؤون الأخيرة .
وعلى نفس المنوال ، وعد رئيس المرحلة الانتقالية بأن تتم دراسة هذه الصعوبات المختلفة من أجل إيجاد حلول مناسبة.
وأكد “سنبذل قصارى جهدنا ، كل ما هو ممكن ، من أجل أن نضعكم في الظروف التي تسمح لكم بإنجاز مهمتكم”.
وفي حديثه عن إعادة تأسيس الدولة ، جادل رئيس المرحلة الانتقالية بأنه لا يمكن أن يكون له “دولة قوية” بدون عدالة قوية.. وأن هذه المبادرة التي تم إطلاقها ستنفذ دون تردد. كما طمأن محاوريه على دعمه الكامل ودعم الحكومة للسير في هذا الاتجاه. وحثهم على احلال النظام فى البلاد. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، دعا العقيد آسيمي غويتا أعضاء المجلس الأعلى للقضاء لدعم العملية الانتقالية من أجل نجاحها.
