المجلس الدستوري يؤكد إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية في 24 مارس الجاري تماشيا مع قرار رئيس الجمهورية
– أكد المجلس الدستوري، اليوم الخميس، إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية في 24 مارس الجاري، تنفيذا لمراسيم رئيس الجمهورية التي أخطر بها المحكمة العليا، حسبما علمنا من مصدر رسمي.
، وأشار المجلس الدستوري في بيان صحفي نشره اليوم إلى إجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية يوم الأحد 24 مارس 2024 واستدعاء الناخبين لهذا الغرض.
وبما أن تحديد موعد الانتخابات ودعوة الهيئة الانتخابية يقع ضمن الصلاحيات القانونية لرئيس الجمهورية، فإن المجلس الدستوري يعلن أن الاقتراع لانتخاب رئيس الجمهورية سيجرى يوم 24 مارس 2024.
ويأتي هذا الإعلان من المجلس غداة قرار رئيس الجمهورية تحديد موعد الانتخابات الرئاسية في 24 مارس، إثر قرار أعلنه المجلس الدستوري باقتراح تاريخ 31 مارس الجاري لتنظيم التصويت.
