السنغال: وزير الشؤون الدينية سابقا يطالب باستمرار تعليق الصلاة الجامعة في المساجد تجنبا لانتشار الفايروس
في حديث له مع موقع “رفي داكار” حول موقفه من إغلاق المساجد في هذه الفترة، قال وزير الشؤون الدينية السابق أحمد بمبا انجاي: إن موقف الشريعة من غلق المساجد واضح: “فإذا كانت السلطات الصحية قررت تعليق الصلاة الجامعة في المساجد فيجب أن تظل معلقة ما دام خطر انتشار الوباء قائما، وعلى الجميع أن يلتزم بذلك القرار.
واكد الأستاذ بمبا انجاي أن كل المجامع العلمية والفقهية المختصىة في دول العالم الإسلامي قد تبنت الالتزام بقرارات الحجر الصحي، المتضمنة تعليق صلوات الجمعة والتروايح وحتى صلاة العيد، مثل مجلس الإفتاء بالمملكة العربية السعودية ودائرة الفتوى بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والمجلس العلمي الأعلى في المملكة المغربية وغيرهم..
وأضاف إن “الحفاظ على الحياة له الأسبقية والأولوية وهو مقصد من مقاصد الشريعة المحمدية”، وعارض الوزير “بمبا انجاي” بشدة طلبا وجهته منظمة “جمرة” غير الحكومية يدعو الحكومة السنغاية بفتح المساجد في رمضان، وأيده مغني الراب الشاب “كريم غاي” المعروف بمواقفه المؤيدة للاتجاه الإسلامي، وحسب رأي الوزير فإنه ينبغي أن يترك الرأي في أمور الدين لأهله ففي السنغال علماء ومشايخ هم من يسمع رأيهم في ما يتعلق بالدين.
أما غير أهل العلم والاختصاص من الهيئات والأشخاص العاميين فلا يلزم أن يكون لهم “رأي” في شأن الدين.

الدين مبني على المصالح في جلبها والدرء للمفاسد
ولا شك ان ما قد يترتب على التجمعات من مفاسد ينبغي الحذر منها .
