السنغال: تجدد المطالبة بإنشاء جامعة للعلوم الإسلامية في “بير”
طالبت حركة الناطقين بالعربية في السنغال ، على لسان منسقها”سليمان غاجاغا” بإقامة جامعة عربية إسلامية في السنغال.
وفي تصريح صحفي نشرته وكالة الانباء السنغالية “A.P.S” قال منسق الحركة “سليمان غاجاغا” قد قمنا مؤخرا بجولة شاملة مكنتنا من زيارة البيوتات الدينية والاطلاع على وضعية المدارس العربية الإسلامية في عموم البلاد. وفي نهاية هذا النشاط، فإننا نطلب من دولة السنغال احترام الالتزام الذي وعدت به منذ عام 2013 بإنشاء جامعة عربية إسلامية .
واكد المنسق “غاجاغا” على أن السنغال لم تتوفر على جامعة للعلوم الاسلامية منذ تفكيك الجامعة التقليدية الإسلامية التي أسست عام 1603م في “بير” في منطقة تييس على يد القاضي عمر فال، وعليه فإنه يطالب بإنشاء الجامعة الاسلامية في المستقبل القريب في منطقة “بير.”
“مؤكدا ان هذا طلب سيسهم في إعادة تأهيل تراثنا العربي الإسلامي ، إضافة الى تدريب أطفالنا وشبابنا الذين يحتاجون إلى مرجع من خلال علماءنا الأجلاء مثل مابا دياخو با” ،
وقال منسق الحركة أن حركة الناطقين باللغة العربية في السنغال تقوم أيضا بحملة لتقييم التعليم العربي الإسلامي.
ووفقًا له ، أدخلت دولة السنغال في عام 2013 شهادة البكالوريا العربية في نظام التعليم دون مراعاة مستويات CFEE و BFEM ، مما خلق صعوبات في هذا القطاع.
وقال “نطالب بإدماج اللشهادة الاعدادية BFEM و ختم الدروس الابتدائية CFEE في نظام التعليم العربي الإسلامي لضمان مزيد من الاتساق” ، مشددًا على أن الاعتراف بالبكالوريا العربية أدى إلى “الغاء”. لجميع الشهادات الصادرة عن المدارس الفرنسية العربية.
كما طالب “محمد غادياغا” الحكومة السنغالية “بإنشاء صندوق لدعم اندماج الشباب الخريجين وريادة الأعمال باللغة العربية”.
خصوصا أن السياق الان مواتٍ لإنشاء هذا الصندوق. والظروف تستدعي مساعدة الخريجين الشباب الناطقين باللغة العربية لإعادة تكوينهم في مجال التدريب المهني وريادة الأعمال ”.
الجدير بالذكر ان جامعة بير الإسلامية تأسست في القرن السابع عشر ميلادي بمملكة ولولوف بمنطقة كايور(السنغال حاليا)، و ظلت هذه المؤسسة التعليمية تحتفظ بعطائها المعرفي و نشاطها العلمي رغم عاديات الزمن و سياسات الكيد التي حيكت ضدها من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية.
