السنغال: انخفاض في معدل الجريمة في شهر سبتمبر

استمر تراجع معدلات الجريمة في السنغال خلال شهر سبتمبر ، ، بحسب مكتب العلاقات العامة في الشرطة الوطنية السنغالية. .
وجاء في تقرير للشرطة الوطنية BRP تناول تقييما شهريا نشر اليوم الأربعاء في وكالة الأنباء السنغالية أن “فحص تطور الجريمة يشير إلى اتجاه تنازلي لعدة أشهر ، مع معدل مكافحة أكثر من 99٪ من الجرائم”. .

وقالت الشرطة الوطنية إنها فككت عدة مجموعات إجرامية خلال الشهر الماضي ، في إطار مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة.

وضبطت الشرطة 539.5 كيلوغراماً و 1651 مخروطًا و 101 حزمة من القنب الهندي وسبعة حبيبات كوكايين و 32 مربعا وثمانية أحجار و 27 حبة إكستاسي و 148.6 جرامًا من الحشيش و 1152 حبة فيتاماكس و 10 أقراص فينوباربيتال ، بناءً على الحصيلة الشهرية.

وفيما يتعلق بمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة ، تم تفكيك 11 عصابة إجرامية ، من بينها عصابة للاحتيال وممارسة الجريمة المنظمة ، وثلاث عصابات لتزييف الأوراق النقدية والاتجار بها ، واثنتان للاتجار بالمخدرات ، وواحدة لسرقة الماشية ، اثنان بتهمة التآمر الجنائي ، وواحد بتهمة الاعتداء القاتل. 
وشهد شهر سبتمبر أربع حالات اعتداء جسدي أسفرت عن مقتل رجل ، بحسب الوثيقة.
وفي مجال السلامة على الطرق ، تم تجميد 1364 مركبة آلية و 3794 دراجة نارية و 14 عربة حصان ، وتم رصد 550 حادث مروري ، منها 297 جهازًا ، و 230 إصابة جسدية ، و 23 حالة وفاة.
وتجري الشرطة الوطنية عمليات لمكافحة وباء فيروس كورونا من خلال رفع مستوى الوعي حول الامتثال لإجراءات الحاجز ضد كوفيد -19 ، بالإضافة إلى مهمتها الأمنية العامة.
