السنغال : النتائج الأولية للإنتخابات البلدية تشير إلى هزيمة كبيرة لمعسكر النظام الحاكم
جرت الأحد 23 يناير 2022 ، بمختلف جهات البلاد الانتخابات البلدية والمحلية التي يتم انتخاب فيها 501 رئيسا للبلديات ومجالس المقاطعات ، وهي تجرى لأول مرة بعد إعادة انتخاب رئيس الجمهورية ماكي صال في ولاية ثانية.
شارك في هذه الانتخابات المحلية مايقارب 4 إلى 6 ملايين ناخبين حسب المؤشرات الأولية، وسط ظروف هادئة في كثير من المناطق التي لم تشهد أي فوضى أو شغب خلال الحملات الدعائية إلى يوم الاقتراع.
وافتتحت مراكز الاقتراع أمام الناخبين عند الساعة الثامنة وبضعة دقائق إلى غاية السابعة مساء بالتوقيت المحلي، وتم بذلك بدء فرز الأصوات قبل الإعلان عن النتائج الأولية.
لوحظ مفاجآت كبيرة في النتائج الأولية التي أثبتت قوة المعارضة أمام المعسكر الحاكم، حيث فقد الأخير في كثير من البلديات السنغالية بشكل كبير .
ففي بلدية دكار العاصمة التي تضم 19 مديرية، فاز المعسكر الحاكم ب3 مديريات وهي “دكار بلاتو” مع إعادة انتخاب السيد علي اندوي ، وجزيرة غوري، وغاران دكار مع “جان بول جوف “وذلك أمام فوز تحالف المعارضة “تحرير الشعب” ب14 مديرية ، باستثناء مديرية “مدينا” مع إعادة انتخاب السيد بامب مرشح التحالف الكبير “GEUM SA BOPP” ، ووكام مع مرشح حر مستقل إسمه “عبد العزيز غي.”
كما فاز مرشح تحالف “تحرير الشعب” “عثمان سونكو “في بلدية زيغينشور ومقاطعة بينجونا مع 19 مديرية ومجلسها مع الدكتور” شيخ تيجان جي”
.
أما في تييس ، فقد فاز تحالف “تحرير الشعب” بجميع المديريات مع الدكتور “بابكر جوب “و”بيرام سولاي جوب .”
واستمر الفوز لتحالف “تحرير الشعب” في مقاطعة روفيسك وجميع بلدياتها كبلدية سانغاكام وعلى رأس القائمة “باب صو”، وفي بلدية غيجواي مع “أحمد حيدر “أمام الرئيس المنتهية ولايته “علي صال “مع أغلب مديريتها.
أما المعسكر الحاكم ، فقد فاز في بلديات سيجو، سينلويس، لوغا، كافرين، فاتيك، ماتم ، بدور، بكين، لينغير، انجاغا نياو، امبور، امباكي، جوال، ومناطق الشمال في فوتا بفوز كبير ، كما خسر المعسكر الحاكم في كلدا أمام “مام بوي جا
وهو مرشح حر في هذه الانتخابات المحلية
وخسر السياسي “عبد الله جوف سار ” مرشح بينو بوك ياكار في يوف وفي دكار العاصمة أمام سيدنا عيسى لاي الذي يعتبر أصغر عمدة، وبارلمي جاس مرشح تحالف “تحرير الشعب”
ولوحظ في هذه الانتخابات، تقدم كبير لبعض رجال الأعمال على السياسيين ، مثل “سرنج امبوب ” “الذي فاز في كولخ، و”جوب سه “في تيواون، مع بروز المذيع الشهير “ندوي بان “في بلدية بير والصحفي “ٱمد باه “مدير صحيفة لاس مسيرا مقاطعة تامبا كندا .
أما مدينة طوبى المحروسة، فيتم انتخاب عمدة البلدية عن طريق الاختيار في المجلس مع مشاورة نائب الخلافة المريدية ، والأخير بدوره يصادق على اللائحة الفردية قبل أي يتم عرضها إلى المواطنين لمعرفة موقفهم .
ولوحظ في هذه الانتخابات المحلية، أن أكثر الناخبين في طوبى غير مقتنعين باللائحة المشكلة وصادق عليها سرج سيدي عبد الأحد امباكي وعلى رأسها عمدة البلدية المنتهية ولايته عبد الأحد كاه رغم أن الأخير يبقى رئيسا للبلدية في طوبى لولاية جديدة.
وتنافس 501 مرشحا على رأس قوائم الأحزاب السياسية والتحالفات للبلديات السنغالية مع مجالس المقاطعات والمستشارين الرئيسيين في السنغال وسط تشديدات أمنية مشددة في مراكز الاقتراع لتأمين المواطنين بإدلاء أصواتهم تحت ظروف هادئة وتوفير الأمن الكامل في المناطق الحساسة في البلاد.
