البرلمان السنغالي يناقش اتفاقية مع المغرب بشأن نقل السجناء
يعقد البرلمان السنغالي، يوم الاثنين 3 مارس 2025، جلسة مشتركة بين لجنة الشؤون الخارجية ولجنة القوانين، وذلك لدراسة مشروع قانون يهدف إلى المصادقة على اتفاقية موقعة بين السنغال والمغرب حول نقل السجناء بين البلدين.
ووفقًا لبيان رسمي، ستُعقد الجلسة في القاعة “ماري جوزفين ديالو” بالمبنى الجديد للبرلمان، حيث سيتم مناقشة مشروع القانون رقم 03/2025، الذي يمنح الرئيس صلاحية التصديق على الاتفاقية الموقعة في 17 ديسمبر 2004 بالعاصمة المغربية الرباط.
وتنص الاتفاقية على تعزيز التعاون القضائي بين البلدين، من خلال تسهيل عملية نقل المحكوم عليهم ليقضوا مدة عقوبتهم في أوطانهم، وذلك في إطار احترام حقوق الإنسان وتحسين ظروف الاحتجاز. ومن المتوقع أن تساهم هذه الخطوة في تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين وتخفيف الأعباء على أنظمة السجون في كلا الجانبين.
