وزارة الخارجية السنغالية تحذّر من فعالية مرتبطة بـ LGBTQI نظمها شركاء دوليون في داكار
حذّرت وزارة الاندماج الإفريقي والشؤون الخارجية، يوم الجمعة، من تنظيم فعالية ذات طابع حساس تتعلق بقضايا LGBTQI في العاصمة داكار، وذلك عقب ورود معلومات عن مشروع عرض فيلم متبوع بنقاش حول هذه القضايا، بتنظيم من سفارة هولندا ومكتب المفوض السامي لحقوق الإنسان التابع للأمم المتحدة.
ووفقًا لبيان رسمي صادر عن الوزارة، فإن النشاط كان من المقرر تنظيمه داخل مقر المكتب الإقليمي للمفوضية السامية، وهو ما اعتبرته السلطات السنغالية تجاوزًا للقوانين الوطنية، وتعديًا على القيم الثقافية والدينية والاجتماعية الراسخة في البلاد.
وأكدت الوزارة أن أي مبادرة تنفذها بعثات دبلوماسية أو منظمات دولية أو غير حكومية داخل الأراضي السنغالية يجب أن تخضع لاحترام صارم للقوانين المحلية والسيادة الوطنية.
وأضاف البيان أن الحكومة السنغالية تجدد رفضها القاطع لأي شكل من أشكال الترويج أو الدعاية المرتبطة بقضايا المثليين والمتحولين جنسياً وغيرهم، وهو موقف عبرت عنه السلطات العليا في الدولة مرارًا وتكرارًا في مناسبات سابقة.
وأشار البيان كذلك إلى أن الدولة تحتفظ بحقها الكامل في اتخاذ “أي إجراء مناسب” ضد منظمي هذه الفعاليات والمشاركين فيها، بغض النظر عن جنسيتهم أو وضعهم الدبلوماسي أو الرسمي، وذلك في إطار ما تسمح به التشريعات الوطنية.
