موريتانيا: دفاع الرئيس السابق: متابعة ولد عبدالعزيز سياسية وليست قانونية
قال فريق الدفاع عن الرئيس الموريتاني السابق محمد ولد عبدالعزيز، إن المسار الجارى حاليا لمتابعة موكلهم غير قانوني، وإن الجميع يشعر بأن الملف الحالي ”مسيس“، ويفتقد لكل معايير المحاكمة العادلة.
وأكد محمد ولد اشدو، رئيس الفريق المدافع عن الرئيس السابق، أن ”متابعة ولد عبدالعزيز هدفها سياسي بحت من أجل تمرير حكم معد مسبق، أساسه تشويه سمع الرجل وتحطيم تاريخه“ بحسب قوله.
وأضاف، خلال مؤتمر صحفي، يوم امس الأربعاء، لفريق الدفاع أن ”تقرير اللجنة البرلمانية الذي اتهم الرئيس السابق بالفساد معيب ولا يمكن الاستعانة به لأن أقصى ما منحه المشرع للبرلمان هو حجب الثقة ومراقبة العمل الحكومي، وليس من صلاحياته مساءلة الرئيس عن فترة حكمه“.
وأكد دفاع الرئيس السابق أن منصب رئيس الجمهورية محصن بنص الدستور (المادة 93)، ومن يحاول الانشغال بالقوانين الفرنسية أو الفقه الفرنسي لتبرير خرق الدستور الناظم للحياة السياسية، لايمكن الاعتناء بأقواله أو التعامل معها.
واعتبر أن محاولة محاكمة الرئيس السابق على تسييره للبلد أمام القضاء هو خطأ دستورى وقانوني، وإساءة لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية.
وكان تقرير صادر عن لجنة تحقيق شكلها البرلمان الموريتاني، اتهم الرئيس السابق وبعض الوزراء في عهده والمقربين اجتماعيًا منه بالضلوع في عمليات فساد واسعة خلال السنوات العشر الأخيرة.
واستدعت شرطة الجرائم الاقتصادية، ولد عبدالعزيز أكثر من مرة خلال الشهرين الأخيرين، في إطار التحقيق الابتدائي الجاري حاليا حول التقرير البرلماني، لكن ولد عبدالعزيز لم يتجاوب مع المحققين، معتبرا أن هذا المسار غير قانوني.
كما استمعت الشرطة لبعض الوزراء المشمولين في الملف، وبعض أفراد أسرة الرئيس السابق بينهم ابنته أسماء بنت عبدالعزيز، وزوجها محمد ولد امصبوع، كما تم توقيف عدد من رجال الأعمال في إطار الملف نفسه.
