مصر.. إعلان حالة الطوارئ في البلاد 3 شهور

قررت رئاسة الجمهورية المصرية، فرض حالة الطوارئ في البلاد لمدة 3 أشهر تبدأ من اليوم الأحد؛ نظرًا للظروف الأمنية والصحية الراهنة.
وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية بالبلاد، اليوم نص القرار الذي أصدره الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسى، ويحمل رقم 174 لسنة 2021، وينص على إعلان حالة الطوارئ في جميع أنحاء البلاد لمدة ثلاثة أشهر.
وبحسب القرار فإن تلك المدة تبدأ اعتبارًا من الساعة الواحدة من صباح اليوم الأحد الموافق الخامس والعشرين من أبريل عام 2021 ميلادية؛ نظرًا للظروف الأمنية والصحية الخطيرة التي تمر بها البلاد.
وأشار القرار الجمهوري إلى أن القوات المسلحة وهيئة الشرطة في البلاد تتولى اتخاذ ما يلزم لمواجهة أخطار الإرهاب وتمويله وحفظ الأمن بجميع أنحاء البلاد وحماية الممتلكات العامة والخاصة وحفظ أرواح المواطنين.
وشمل القرار تفويض رئيس مجلس الوزراء في اختصاصات رئيس الجمهورية المنصوص عليها في قانون حالة الطوارئ المشار إليه.
