أصدر وزير الداخلية، صديقي كابا، مرسوما يقضي بحظر حمل الأسلحة بكافة أصنافها والمواد المتفجرة، في كامل التراب الوطني، خلال الفترة من 25 يناير إلى 14 أبريل 2024.
وقال “خلال هذه الفترة، لا يجوز نقل أي سلاح، مهما كانت فئته أو طبيعته، خارج المنازل أو أماكن العمل. وينطبق هذا الحظر على المواطنين وكذلك الأجانب الذين يقيمون بشكل معتاد في السنغال ، ونفيد حاملي تصريح بحمل سلاح أن أي انتهاك للقواعد يعاقب على أحكام هذا المرسوم بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها بالفصول 8 و10 و12 و18 من القانون المذكور رقم 03 لسنة 1966 المؤرخ في 18 يناير 1966”. الداخلي
