قضية ماجامبال : اعتقال شيخه في تييس واقتياده إلى داكار
أُعلن رسميًا هاربًا، ويبحث قسم التحقيقات الجنائية عن ماجامبال جانج ، رئيس مجموعة “أفينير للاتصالات”. وبينما أعلن هو نفسه على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وصوله إلى باريس يوم الخميس 25 سبتمبر/أيلول بعد مغادرته عن طريق غامبيا، يواصل المحققون تحقيقاتهم، وقد اعتقلوا عدة أشخاص من دائرته المقربة.
من بين المعتقلين شيخ مُلاطف، أفادت التقارير أن ماجامبال كان على اتصال منتظم به قبل هروبه. أُلقي القبض الرجل في تييس، ووُضع رهن الاحتجاز. وكشفت مراجعة هاتفه، بحسب التقارير، عن رسالة صوتية تُعتبر “خطيرة للغاية” في القضية.
كما أُلقي القبض على اثنين من أبناء ماجامبال جانج . أُلقي القبض على الابن الأكبر، محمد، في كارانغ أثناء محاولته عبور الحدود على متن دراجة نارية “جاكرتا”، وبحوزته حقيبة ملابس ومليون فرنك أفريقي. كما أُلقي القبض على شقيقه، سيرين صالح في داكار.
واستجوب المحققون إحدى زوجات الصحفي. وخلافًا للتكهنات، لم تكن هذه الاعتقالات تهدف إلى الضغط على ماجامبال. ووفقًا لمصادر قضائية نقلتها صحيفتا “لوبسيرفاتور” و”برس أفريك”، فإن هؤلاء الأفراد مدرجون في تقرير الوحدة الوطنية لمعالجة المعلومات المالية (Centif)، التي باشرت التحقيق في معاملات مشبوهة بقيمة 21 مليار فرنك أفريقي
