صدر الحكم الذي طال انتظاره في القضية التي خنقت بلادنا لأكثر من سنتين ، وسقط من جرائها قتلى وجرحى من شباب البلاد ، وهي قضية إتهام رئيس حزب باستيف المعارض عثمان سونكو بالاغتصاب والتهديد بالقتل من قبل الفتاة السنغالية “أجي سار “
لكن المفاجأة الغريبة لما صدر الحكم صباح الخميس الفاتح من يونيو أن السيد القاضي أدان سونكو بتهمة “إفساد الشباب ” بسنتين نافذتين ، وغرامة بقيمة عشرين مليون فرنك ، إلى جانب ست مائة ألف فرنك سيفا لصالح الفتاة ” سار ” وهي جنحة لم تكن واردة ولا منتظرة ، والحق أنه في ظل غياب الأدلة على تهمة الإغتصاب وتمت تبرئة سونكو من تهمة الإغتصاب والتهديد بالقتل، في قضية كانت سببا للويلات التي عاشتها السنغال منذ سنتين كان من المنتظر صدور حكم متوازن يبرئ ذمة الرجل ويعيد مناخ السلام والاستقرار إلى المشهد ، لذلك يرى أكثر من مراقب وقانوني أن عثمان سونكو هو المنتصر في هذه القضية ، لأن القضاء السنغالي أكد براءته من تلك التهمة التي ملأ صداها آذاننا مصبحين وبالليل رغم الإدانة التي قد تحول دون ترشحه في رئاسيات ٢٠٢٤ ، ومن الواضح أن أعمال العنف والمواجهات الدامية التي تعيشها حاليا العاصمة “دكار ” وبعض المدن في الأقاليم السنغالية كان يمكن تجنبها لو وضعنا مصلحة البلاد والعباد نصب أعيننا ورمينا الحسابات الأخرى عرض الحائط،
وما نشاهده هذه الأيام من المواجهات الدامية بين الشباب وقوات الأمن ، وما يقوم به المتظاهرون من أعمال الحرق والكسر والتدمير غيّر وجه بلادنا ، ودفع أصدقاء السنغال في الخارج من الدول والمؤسسات في حيرة ، وقلق ، وباتوا يطالبون النظام والمعارضة إلى ضبط النفس والسعي إلى إيجاد مخرج للأزمة الراهنة ، لتتوقف دوامة العنف ، وتعود البلاد إلى سابق عهدها بلد الكرم والأمن والاستقرار ،
وهنا ندعو الرئيس ماكي سال إلى التفكير في وضع حل لهذا الاضطراب بعيدا عن التجاذبات السياسية ، والمصالح الحزبية ، فهو رئيس الجمهورية وهو الذي تقع على عاتقه مسؤولية دق ناقوس الخطر وحمل أبناء شعبه على الحفاظ على أمن البلاد واستقرارها ، وإيقاف هذا المد التصعيدي الخطير، والغريب أن أصحاب الأصوات المسموعة في البلاد لم يلعبوا الدور المنوط بهم ، والذي كنا ننتظر منهم القيام به من حمل النظام الحاكم والطرف الآخر على الحوار البناء الذي من شأنه تحقيق التفاهم ،ونبذ البغضاء لتنجو البلاد من هذا العنف اللفظي والجسدي بين الفاعلين في المشهد السياسي ، وتبتعد عن هذه التصفيات للحسابات السياسية الميكيافيلية التي تدمر أكثر مما تبني ، وتفرق أكثر مما تجمع .
البلاد في الظرف الراهن لا تحتاج إلى معارك بين أبنائها من أجل مصالح سياسية ، ومكاسب حزبية ، بل التحدي يكمن في مستقبل البلاد الإقتصادية بعد ظهور الغاز والبترول وثروات طبيعية أخرى ،
نعم كثير منهم رفعوا أصواتهم وطالبوا النظام والمعارضة بضبط النفس وإحلال السلام ،، لكن هل هذا فقط هو المنتظر منهم ؟
يقيني أن الواجب يفرض عليهم عقد إجتماع عاجل ، وعاجل جدا بين معسكر النظام ومعسكر زعيم المعارضة عثمان سونكو ، فالصلح ليس مستحيلا ، ولا يستفيد أحد من عرض العضلات ولا من هذا التخريب الذي يقوم به المتظاهرون هذه الأيام بدعوى الدفاع عن مرشحهم في الانتخابات الرئاسية القادمة سونكو ، والذي يرون أن النظام يسعى إلى عرقلته عن المشاركة في السباق إلى كرسي الرئاسة فبراير ٢٠٢٤ ..
فلا بد من حل عاجل للأزمة الراهنة ، ومن المعروف أن من أهم أدوار القضاء تهدئة المجتمع وتعزيز الأمن والسلام ، وإذا كان هذا الحكم على رئيس حزب باستيف سببا لما يعيشه الشارع السنغالي منذ صدور الحكم أمس من أعمال العنف والمواجهات بين قوات مكافحة الشغب والمتظاهرين، و التي سقط فيها 9 قتلى في دكار وزغبنشور ، ومئات الجرحى في مختلف أنحاء البلاد .. فلماذا لا يجتمع قادة الحل والعقد للنظر في العواقب التي يمكن أن تترتب على تنفيذ هذا الحكم ؟
وننتظر من فخامة الرئيس السيد ماكي سال بمناسبة افتتاح الحوار الوطني الذي دعا إليه ولبت دعوته أحزاب معارضة وأعضاء من المجتمع المدني ، ورجال الدين المسلمين والمسيحيين ، قرارات حكيمة لتهدئة هذه الأجواء المتوترة حقنا للدماء ، وإنقاذا لسنغالنا الغالية من الانهيار .
