تشرفت الهيئة العليا للأوقاف باستقبال السيد القائم بأعمال سفارة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بدكار محمد علي بن عيلان الشامسي في مقر الهيئة المتواجد في ساحة (OMVS)، حي مرموز بدكار العاصمة وذلك يوم الأربعاء الموافق 28 سبتمبر 2024م، حيث تم استقباله بكامل الحفاوة السنغالية من قبل سماحة رئيس اللجنة الاشرافية الحاج عمار لوح وسماحة المدير العام السيد راسن باه.
وخلال هذه الزيارة الودية، عبر السيد القائم بالأعمال شرف استقباله من قبل كبار المسؤولين للهيئة كما أشاد بالعلاقات المتميزة بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية السنغال، مؤكدا عزمه على عدم ادخار أي جهد في تقوية تلك العلاقات وترسيخها. وفي هذا الإطار، بحث الجانبان سبل تنسيق الجهود المشتركة في مجال العمل الانساني في السنغال بما يحقق المزيد من الـتأثير والنتائج على المستوى الوطني، وذلك بوصف الهيئة العليا للوقف شريكا مهما في السنغال.
