السنغال : الفيضانات تحاصر ضواحي دكار والحكومة ترصد 4مليون دولار

حاصرت الفيضانات الناجمة عن تساقط الأمطار، عددا من أحياء العاصمة السنغالية دكار، فيما أعلن الرئيس ماكي صال عن خطة للإنقاذ بكلفة 4 ملايين دولار، وزار وزير الداخلية أنتوان فيليكس عبدولاي ديون الأحياء المتضررة وقال أمام السكان: «بدأنا خطة الإنقاذ بتوصيات مباشرة من فخامة الرئيس».

وخلفت الفيضانات أضرارًا مادية معتبرة في بعض أحياء العاصمة دكار، ومدن أخرى داخل البلاد، بعد استمرار تهاطل الأمطار لعدة أيام دون توقف.

في ضواحي مدينة دكار حوصرت العديد من الأحياء السكنية، وتحولت إلى ما يشبه جزرا صغيرة، ما أرغم السكان على اللجوء إلى أسطح البيوت اتقاء لمياه الأمطار التي غمرت منازلهم.

وأثار عجز السلطات عن إيجاد حل دائم لأزمة الفيضانات المتكررة مع كل موسم أمطار، غضب السكان الذين تظاهر بعضهم، وأغلقت مجموعة من الشبان الغاضبين الطريق المؤدي إلى حي «كر ماسار» وإلى حي «دياماغين».

وردد الشبان الغاضبون هتافات تطلب من السلطات التدخل بسرعة لإنقاذ أسرهم المنكوبة. تقول «مادياتا» التي تقطن في حي (كر ماسار) منذ فترة: «نحن هنا سجناء، لا نستطيع الخروج، تحاصرنا المياه من كل جانب، حتى المرضى لا نجد طريقة لإيصالهم إلى المستشفيات».
ولكن السكان يخشون هطول الأمطار من جديد، ما يعني تفاقم الأوضاع أكثر، وتقول مادياتا: «إذا عادت الأمطار خلال الأسابيع المقبلة، ستكون كارثة».

أما مام تراوري التي تسكن في نفس الحي فتصف الوضع قائلة: «أنا سجينة منذ أسبوع، متنفسي الوحيد سطح المنزل، ولكم أن تتخيلوا كيف أعيش أنا وأسرتي في ظل حصار المياه، ووعود السلطات التي لا تنفد».
