اعتقال ناشطين من “الباستيف” بتهمة خطاب منافٍ للآداب العامة… وعثمان سونكو يزورهما في سجن ريبوس
زار رئيس الوزراء السنغالي عثمان سونكو، صباح اليوم الأربعاء 14 مايو 2025، سجن ريبوس في داكار، حيث التقى بالناشط السياسي المعروف ازورا فال، أحد أبرز عناصر “الباستيف” والمقربين منه.
ويأتي ذلك بعد أن تم إيداع ازورا فال (واسمه الحقيق الحسن غي) السجن يوم الثلاثاء 13 مايو، بتهمة “خطاب منافٍ للآداب العامة”، وذلك عقب تداول فيديو له على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي يتضمن عبارات مهينة في حق الرئيس السابق ماكي سال والوزير السابق مام مباي نيانغ.
ومن المرتقب أن يمثل أمام محكمة داكار الكبرى يوم الخميس 15 مايو، في قضية تثير الجدل حول حدود حرية التعبير في السياق السياسي الجديد.
وتعدّ هذه الحادثة الأولى من نوعها التي يُتابَع فيها ناشط من “الباستيف” قانونيًا منذ تولي الحكومة الجديدة السلطة، ما يفتح الباب أمام نقاش واسع حول التوازن بين حرية الرأي واحترام القوانين المتعلقة بالأخلاق العامة في الخطاب السياسي.
