أعلنت النقابة المشتركة للعاملين في وكالة سلامة الملاحة الجوية في أفريقيا ومدغشقر (أسيكنا) عن تقديم إشعار بالإضراب بعد فشل محاولات الحوار مع السلطات لحل قضية المستحقات المالية غير المدفوعة. منذ ستة أشهر، لم يتلقَ العاملون في أسيكنا تعويضات الخدمة “ISA” التي تساهم الدولة في تمويلها من عائدات القطاع الجوي. وقد أدى تأخر دفع هذه التعويضات إلى موجة من الإحباط والغضب بين العاملين، الذين عبروا عن شعورهم بالظلم بسبب تجاهل مطالبهم.
في اجتماع استثنائي عقدته النقابة في 4 سبتمبر 2024، تقرر اتخاذ إجراءات تصعيدية بعد أن تأكدوا من عدم وجود تقدم في المفاوضات مع وزارة النقل الجوي. النقابة طالبت بدفع مستحقات الأشهر الستة الماضية بشكل كامل، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء آلية تضمن دفع التعويضات بانتظام في المستقبل، مع ضرورة إدراج الزيادات الأخيرة في تعويضات “ISA” ضمن حساب الأجور. كما طالبت النقابة بزيادة عدد العاملين في بعض الأقسام المتضررة من نقص الكوادر، لضمان استمرارية العمل دون أي تأخير.
النقابة شددت على أن قطاع النقل الجوي في السنغال يعد من القطاعات الحيوية، وأن أي إضراب قد يؤدي إلى تأثيرات كبيرة على حركة النقل الجوي في مطار بليز جانج الدولي. في حال عدم التوصل إلى اتفاق قبل 12 أبريل 2025، تعتزم النقابة تنظيم إضراب يمتد لمدة 24 ساعة قابلة للتجديد، ما قد يتسبب في تأجيل أو إلغاء بعض الرحلات الجوية.
ورغم التصعيد المحتمل، أكدت النقابة استعدادها لاستئناف الحوار مع الحكومة، مبدية استعدادها لوقف الإضراب إذا تم التوصل إلى حلول تلبي مطالب العاملين بشكل عادل. في الوقت ذاته، ينتظر المراقبون رد الحكومة على هذه المطالب الحيوية لضمان استقرار القطاع الجوي في السنغال وعدم التأثير على حركة المسافرين.
