إضراب شامل للأطباء يشل القطاع الصحي في السنغال لمدة 48 ساعة
دخل اتحاد الأطباء المستقل في السنغال (SAMES) في إضراب عام لمدة يومين، احتجاجًا على تجاهل الحكومة لمطالبهم العالقة منذ ديسمبر 2023. وأكدت النقابة أن 14 اجتماعًا سابقًا مع السلطات لم تسفر عن أي حلول ملموسة، مما دفعهم إلى اتخاذ هذه الخطوة التصعيدية.
وقال ديابل درامي، الأمين العام المساعد، إن الإضراب سيقتصر على وقف الخدمات باستثناء الحالات الطارئة، بينما أكد د. مامادو دمبا ندور أن الحكومة لم تقدم أي مقترحات عملية رغم اعترافها بمشروعية المطالب.
وتشمل أبرز المطالب توظيف الأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الأسنان ضمن الوظيفة العمومية، وتحقيق عدالة في الأجور، وتحسين ظروف العمل في المستشفيات، إضافة إلى تسريع تنفيذ برنامج التغطية الصحية الشاملة وسداد الديون المتراكمة لصالح المستشفيات.
ويحذر الأطباء من أن استمرار تجاهل مطالبهم قد يؤدي إلى تصعيد أكبر، ما ينذر بأزمة صحية خطيرة في البلاد.
