وكالات: بدأت تجارب سريرية أوروبية في سبع دول أوروبية على الأقل لاختبار أربعة علاجات محتملة لفيروس كورونا المستجد تشمل 3200 شخص.

سيتم اختيار الخاضعين للتجربة من بين أشخاص أدخلوا المستشفى لإصابتهم بفيروس كوفيد-19 في بلجيكا وبريطانيا وفرنسا ولوكسمبورغ وإسبانيا وهولندا وألمانيا، على ما أكد البيان. وقالت الهيئة الفرنسية أيضًا إن تجربة سريرية دولية ستطلق تحت إشراف منظمة الصحة العالمية.
فقد باشرت الصين أول تجربة سريرية للقاح مضاد لفيروس كورونا المستجد الأحد. وقد وزع 108 متطوعًا على ثلاث مجموعات تلقوا الجمعة حقنًا أولى على ما ذكرت صحيفة “غلوبال تايمز” الصادرة باللغة الإنكليزية.
يتراوح عمر المتطوعين بين 18 و60 عامًا، وهم كلهم من مدينة ووهان، من حيث انطلق فيروس كورونا المستجد في ديسمبر قبل أن ينتقل إلى خارج الصين. وسيخضع المتطوعون الصينيون لمتابعة مدة ستة أشهر.
وكانت شركات صيدلة عالمية تعهدت الخميس توفير لقاح ضد الفيروس في مهلة تراوح بين 12 و18 شهرًا كحد أدنى. وأعلنت روسيا من جهتها أنها باشرت تجربة لقاح على الحيوانات على أن تصدر نتائجها الأولى في يونيو.
