نقابة عمال العدل تصعّد: إنذار بإضراب للمطالبة بتطبيق الالتزامات الحكومية
أعلنت نقابة عمال العدل (SYTJUST) تصعيد موقفها تجاه الحكومة عبر بيان رسمي، أكدت فيه تقديم إشعار بإضراب بتاريخ 7 فبراير الجاري، للمطالبة بتطبيق الاتفاقيات الموقعة منذ عام 2018.
أبرز المطالب تتعلق بإعادة تصنيف كتبة المحاكم، الذين ما زال معظمهم في الدرجة الوظيفية B2 رغم تصنيفهم في الفئة A2 منذ 5 فبراير 2019. ويواجه مساعدو المحاكم ووكلاء النيابة من الدرجتين B وC وضعًا مماثلًا، حيث لا يزالون ينتظرون إدماجهم في السلك الجديد.
كما أشار البيان إلى تأخر صرف تعويضات المشاركة في القضاء، وغياب منحة السكن لجميع موظفي وزارة العدل، رغم تخصيص الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة في قانون المالية المعدّل بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2018.
وأبدت النقابة استياءها من عدم نشر ثلاثة مراسيم رئاسية، وُقّعت في 14 ديسمبر 2018، في الجريدة الرسمية، والتي كانت تهدف إلى توسيع نطاق الصندوق المشترك للكتبة.
أمام هذه العراقيل المستمرة، طالبت النقابة الحكومة باتخاذ إجراءات فورية ملموسة، مؤكدةً أن المواجهة مع السلطات قد بدأت بالفعل.
