ممثل الأمم المتحدة في السودان يطلق محادثات لحل الأزمة السياسية.
أطلق موفد الأمم المتحدة الخاص الى السودان، اليوم الإثنين، محادثات لحل الأزمة السياسية المتصاعدة في البلاد.
وأوقفت أحداث الـ 25 من اكتوبر مسار المرحلة الانتقالية التي اتفق عليها بين العسكريين والقوى المدنية في أغسطس 2019 بعد بضعة أشهر من إسقاط عمر البشير في إبريل من العام نفسه بعد احتجاجات شعبية استمرت 4 أشهر.
وخرج السودانيون، بعشرات الآلاف أحيانا، إلى الشوارع بشكل متكرر مطالبين بحكم مدني خالص.
وأسفرت الاحتجاجات عن مقتل 63 شخصا، معظمهم بالرصاص الحي، وإصابة المئات، وفق حصيلة جديدة أعلنتها لجنة الأطباء المركزية التي أكدت وفاة متظاهر الاثنين، متأثرا بجروح أصيب بها الأحد.
وأعلنت الأمم المتحدة أنها ستطلق “مشاورات أولية” بين المدنيين والعسكريين في السودان بهدف حل الأزمة التي تشهدها البلاد منذ الانقلاب العسكري.
وقالت الأمم المتحدة في بيان إن ممثلها في السودان فولكر بيرثس “سيطلق رسميا المشاورات الأولية لعملية سياسية بين الأطراف السودانية تتولى الأمم المتحدة تسيرها بهدف التوصل لاتفاق للخروج من الأزمة السياسية الحالية”.
ولكن ردود فعل القوى المدنية الرئيسية في السودان على مبادرة الأمم المتحدة بدت حتى الآن فاترة.
وقال جعفر حسن المتحدث باسم الفصيل الرئيسي في قوى الحرية والتغيير، التي لعبت دورا محوريا في التظاهرات ضد البشير، “لم نتلق بعد أي تفاصيل حول المبادرة”.
وأضاف لوكالة فرانس برس “نحن على استعداد للمشاركة في المحادثات بشرط أن يكون الهدف منها استئناف التحول الديموقراطي”.
وأعلن تجمع المهنيين السودانيين الذي لعب كذلك دورا محوريا في الاحتجاجات التي أدت إلى إسقاط البشير، الأحد رفضه للمبادرة و”تمسكه الصميم باللاءات المعلنة من قبل قوى الثورة الحية وهي لا تفاوض، لا شراكة، لا شرعية”.
واعتبر التجمع أن “الحل هو انتزاع السلطة الشعبية المدنية الكاملة”.
وأكدت الأمم المتحدة أنه “ستتم دعوة كافة أصحاب المصلحة، من المدنيين والعسكريين بما في ذلك الحركات المسلحة والأحزاب السياسية والمجتمع المدني والمجموعات النسائية ولجان المقاومة”.
والأسبوع الماضي، أعلن حمدوك استقالته مؤكدا أنه حاول إيجاد توافقات لكنه فشل وحذر من أن البلاد تواجه “منعطفا خطيرا قد يهدد بقاءها” وأنه كان يسعى الى تجنب “انزلاق السودان نحو الهاوية”.
