بزغ فجر يوم الإثنين 25 مارس 2024في السنغال منسوجا بخيوط الأمل محملا ببشائر النصر للحزب المعارض “باستيف” بقيادة مرشحه البشير جوماي فاي ، وأعلن فوزه بمنصب الرئيس السنغالي الجديد . وذلك بعد مرور أشهر طويلة من الكر والفر بين الحكومة السنغالية والمعارضة ، وتجاذبات عدة بين السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية ، واتضح اليوم أن هذا المخاض العسير كان لابد منه لتنقشع الضبابية التي سادت المشهد السنغالي قبيل الانتخابات الرئاسية.
ومرورا بكل ما تطلبه الأمر من ثبات ، برهن الشعب السنغالي مرة أخرى بكافة مكوناته دون استثناء ، من شباب وقيادات دينية وسياسية أنه يكاد يكون الاستثناء الناجح في التداول السلمي للسلطة في المنطقة ، متمسكا بقيم الديمقراطية والتعايش السلمي ، حيث جرت الانتخابات في أجواء هادئة، سلمية، شاركت فيها كل شرائح المجتمع السنغالي بالتساوي ودون إقصاء. وكم كانت عديدة تلك المشاهد التي أبهرت كل من واكب هذه الانتخابات عن قرب كمشهد تلك السيدة المسنة التي أرهقتها سنين العمر فلم تعد تقوى على المشي إلا انها لم ترض إلا بتلبية نداء الحق والواجب الانتخابي في مركز الاقتراع الخاص بها. كما أن قوافل الشباب الذين تكبدوا مشاق السفر والتنقل الى المناطق الداخلية رغم ضيق الإمكانيات َفهَبُّوا هَبَّةَ الرجل الواحد للاقتراع ، غير مبالين ببعد المسافات ، وقد أثلجت صدر كل من حضر نقاشاتهم وأنصت إلى تطلعاتهم ، فأثبت بذلك هذا الشباب من الجيل الصاعد حُبَّ الوطن والتشبث بحلمه في غد أفضل، وكيف لا نحب بلاد الترينغا وقد أقمنا في هذه الأرض الطيبة منذ سنوات ، فوجدناها واحة التسامح و عنوان الكرم والضيافة فطاب لنا فيها المقام .
وبعد إعلان النتائج سرعان ما تلاحقت التهاني والتبريكات ، محليا وإقليميا ودوليا الموجهة لفخامة الرئيس الجديد إثر فوزه ليكون بذلك الرئيس الخامس في تاريخ جمهورية السنغال، فوزا كانت الأغلبية السنغالية تراه متوقعا ولا يكاد يخفى عن المتابع عن قرب للساحة السياسية في السنغال ومنطقة غرب إفريقيا، نظرا للمتغيرات التي تعيشها هذه الأخيرة بصفة عامة. أما اليوم وبعد أن اختار الشعب السنغالي رئيسه الجديد وفي غمرة الفرحة والانتصار فهو يتطلع إلى بشائر التغيير في كل المجالات التي تثقل كاهل حياة المواطن السنغالي يوميا خاصة غلاء المعيشة والحد من نسب الفقر والبطالة والنهوض بقطاعات التعليم والصحة العمومية وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي في قطاعات أخرى باتت تعتبر سيادية، في عالم يبدو فيه أن عجلة التغيير لن تتوقف عن الدوران.
فهنيئا للشعب السنغالي بهذا العرس الإنتخابي، الذي جعلني أستحضر بيت شعر مازال خالدا في ذاكرتي للشاعر التونسي أبو القاسم الشابي الذي قال فيه:
“أبارك في الناس أهل الطموح…. ومن يستلذ ركوب الخطر.
ومن لا يحب صعود الجبال…. يعش أبد الدهر بين الحفر.
ومن لم يعانقه شوق الحياة …. تبخر في جوها واندثر.
فلا الأفق يحضن ميت الطيور …ولا النحل يلثم ميت الزهر.
وأعلن في الكون أن الطموح …. لهيب الحياة وروح الظفر”.
رحم الله شاعر الخضراء ووفق فخامة الرئيس بشير جوماي فاي إلى ما فيه خير البلاد والعباد.
