مالي : 9 قتلى على الأقل في انفجار حافلة وسط البلاد
أعلن اليوم في مالي عن مقتل 9 أشخاص مدنيين على الأقل، وإصابة آخرين بجروح في انفجار حافلة بوسط البلاد، بحسب ما نقلت عدد من وسائل الإعلام المحلية.
ووفقا لذات المصادر نقلا عن مصدر أمني، فإن الحافلة اصطدمت ظهر اليوم بعبوة ناسفة على الطريق الرابط بين “باندياغارا” و”غونداكا” في منطقة موبتي.
وتعتبر الألغام والعبوات الناسفة، إحدى الآليات الأكثر شيوعا لدى الجماعات المسلحة في مالي، حيث تعمد إلى زراعتها في الطرق التي تسلكها القوات المسلحة المالية، أو القوات الأممية، وكذا القوافل المدنية.
وبحسب تقرير صادر عن بعثة الأمم المتحدة المتكاملة متعددة الأبعاد لتحقيق الاستقرار في مالي “مينيسما” نهاية أغسطس الماضي، فقد تسببت انفجار الألغام والعبوات الناسفة في مقتل 72 شخصا في مالي خلال العام 2022، مقابل 103 قتلى خلال سنة 2021.
وأحصت البعثة الأممية 134 انفجار لغم وعبوة ناسفة خلال 2022، مقابل 245 خلال 2021، مسجلة أن ربع الضحايا هم من المدنيين.
وتشهد مالي عدم استقرار أمني في عدد من مناطق الشمال والوسط منذ عام 2012، حيث سقطت عدة مدن في الشمال بأيدي الجماعات المسلحة، وعلى إثر ذلك تدخلت فرنسا عسكريا، قبل أن تنسحب بشكل نهائي شهر أغسطس الماضي.
