مالي : إكواس توفد 3 رؤساء للمطالبة بالافراج عن الجنود الايفواريين

  • أعلنت وزارة الخارجية المالية أن بعثة رفيعة تضم 3 رؤساء دول أعضاء بالمجوعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا “إيكواس”، ستحل غدا الخميس بمالي، للمطالبة بإطلاق سراح الجنود الإيفواريين المحتجزين في البلاد منذ العاشر من يوليو الماضي.
     
    وأوضحت الوزارة أن بعثة “إيكواس” من المقرر أن تضم رؤساء التوغو فور نياسينغبي، وغانا نانا أكوفو أدو، وغامبيا آداما بارو، وكان من المفترض أن تضم البعثة الرئيس السينغالي ماكي صال، لكنه لن يكون ضمنها، لأسباب لم يتم الحديث رسميا عنها.
     
    وكان قادة المجموعة غرب الإفريقية، قد قرروا الخميس الماضي خلال قمة استثنائية على هامش الدورة ال77 للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة بنيويورك، إرسال بعثة إلى باماكو لإيجاد مخرج لأزمة مالي وساحل العاج.
     
    وكان مقررا أن يزور رؤساء السنغال وغانا والتوغو، مالي أمس الثلاثاء، لكن الحكومة المالية أبلغت “إيكواس” أن وفدها الرئاسي “لن يكون ممكنا استقباله إلا يوم الخميس 29 سبتمبر أو الجمعة 30 سبتمبر”، مبررة ذلك ب”إكراهات أجندة” تم وضعها مسبقا.
     
    وتعتبر مالي الجنود المعتقلين لديها “مرتزقة”، وتتهمهم ب”محاولة المس بالأمن الخارجي للدولة”، وسبق أن أطلقت سراح ثلاث نساء منهم لأسباب قالت إنها إنسانية.
     
    ومن جانبها تعتبر ساحل العاج أن جنودها حلوا بباماكو، في إطار تناوب روتيني لعناصرها الذين يقدمون خدمات دعم لبعثة الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام في مالي “مينيسما”.
