كورونا: انخفاض معدل الإصابات اليومية في العالم والحصيلة تلامس 2,9 مليون

أفادت جامعة “جونز هوبكنز” الأمريكية اليوم، بأن حصيلة المصابين بفيروس كورونا في العالم بلغت نحو مليونين و898 ألف شخص، بزيارة أكثر من 87,2 ألف خلال يوم السبت.
ويعتبر ذلك انخفاضا في معدل الإصابات اليومية، بعد أن تم تسجيل أكثر من 100 ألف حالة خلال اليوم السابق.
وأضافت الجامعة، التي تعتبر مرجعا في تتبع مستجدات كورونا عالميا، أن إجمالي الوفيات بلغ 202880، فيما تماثل أكثر من 817 ألف شخص للشفاء منذ بداية الجائحة.
ووصل عدد المصابين في الولايات المتحدة إلى 939 ألف شخص، تليها في قائمة الدول الخمس الأكثر إصابة إسبانيا 223,7 ألف حالة)، وإيطاليا (195,3 ألف) وفرنسا (161,6 ألف) وألمانيا (156,5 ألف).
