قضية “الديون المخفية”: لا تصويت على استثناء للسنغال هذا الجمعة من طرف صندوق النقد
يجتمع مجلس إدارة صندوق النقد الدولي (FMI) اليوم الجمعة لبحث ملف الديون المسماة “المخفية” في السنغال. غير أن وكالة رويترز نقلت عن مصادر مطلعة أن الجلسة لن تشهد التصويت على الاستثناء الحاسم الذي تنتظره داكار منذ مايو الماضي للحصول على تمويلات جديدة.
وحسب نفس المصادر، فإن السنغال لم تستوفِ بعد بعض المعايير الضرورية التي تتيح لمجلس الإدارة الانتقال إلى تصويت رسمي. ومع ذلك، تؤكد الوكالة أن النقاشات تتقدم، وأن منح الاستثناء قد يتم قبل نهاية السنة، لكنه يتطلب اجتماعًا رسميًا لمجلس الإدارة لم يُبرمج بعد.
وأوضح متحدث باسم الصندوق أن جلسة هذا الجمعة ستخصص بالأساس لإطلاع المدراء التنفيذيين على تطورات الوضع في السنغال، إضافة إلى مناقشة الخطوات المقبلة، خصوصًا إطلاق المفاوضات حول برنامج جديد مدعوم من المؤسسة المالية الدولية
