جندي مصاب وآخر مفقود في عملية عسكرية بكازامانس
في تطور أمني لافت، أعلنت القوات المسلحة السنغالية إصابة أحد جنودها وفقدان آخر خلال عملية عسكرية جارية في إقليم كازامانس، وتحديدًا في منطقة مونجون بمقاطعة بيجونا.
العملية التي تقودها المنطقة العسكرية رقم 5، انطلقت بعد الهجوم المسلح الذي استهدف سكان قرية دجيناكي ليلة 13 أبريل الجاري. وتهدف العملية إلى تعقب المهاجمين المسلحين وتحييدهم لضمان أمن السكان.
وأكد بيان رسمي صادر عن مديرية الإعلام والعلاقات العامة بالقوات المسلحة، أن مفرزة من الجيش تعرضت لهجوم عنيف يوم 16 أبريل، أسفر عن إصابة جندي وغياب أثر زميله.
وأوضح البيان أن القوات المسلحة “تعبّئ حاليًا كل الوسائل المتاحة للعثور على الجندي المفقود”، مشددًا على التزام المؤسسة العسكرية بحماية المواطنين واستعادة الاستقرار في المنطقة.
