شيخ ديبا: «سننهي قريبًا برنامجًا مع صندوق النقد الدولي»
طمأن وزير المالية والميزانية، شيخ ديبا، الرأيَ العام بشأن طبيعة العلاقات بين السنغال وصندوق النقد الدولي، مؤكدًا أن بلاده تقترب من استكمال برنامج جديد مع المؤسسة المالية الدولية.
وخلال مداخلته أمام الجمعية الوطنية بمناسبة مناقشة قانون المالية التصحيحي الثاني (LFR2)، قال الوزير: «سننهي قريبًا برنامجًا مع صندوق النقد الدولي»، مشددًا على أن الوضع الحالي، المتمثل في غياب برنامج ساري المفعول، لا يعكس بأي حال وجود خلاف مع الصندوق.
وأوضح شيخ ديبا أن المرحلة الماضية تطلّبت إجراء تصحيحات منهجية وتعزيز توحيد المعطيات المالية، بما يضمن مزيدًا من الشفافية والمصداقية في إدارة المالية العمومية، ويعزز ثقة الشركاء الدوليين.
كما أعلن أن رئيس بعثة جديد لصندوق النقد الدولي سيصل إلى داكار في يناير 2026، من أجل مواصلة العمل الذي تم إنجازه واستكمال إطار التعاون في أقرب الآجال. وذكّر الوزير بأهمية هذه الشراكة بالنسبة للسنغال، لا سيما في ما يتعلق بالرقابة متعددة الأطراف وتسهيل الولوج إلى التمويلات الخارجية، في إطار سياسة ميزانياتية تتسم بالوضوح والانضباط.
وفي ختام مداخلته، أشار وزير المالية إلى أن المنح الرأسمالية المرتقبة قد تشهد تأخرًا طفيفًا، يعود إلى الإجراءات التقنية المرتبطة بالتمويل والأسواق، مؤكدًا في المقابل أن الحفاظ على الشراكة مع صندوق النقد الدولي يظل عاملًا أساسيًا للاستقرار الاقتصادي، وركيزة محورية في الاستراتيجية المالية الوطنية
