دكار: وسط مشاركة افريقية واسعة، رئيس الحكومة المغربية يشارك في أشغال قمة “دكار 2”
يشارك وفد مغربي كبير بقيادة رئيس الحكومة عزيز أخنوش، في أشغال قمة “دكار 2” حول السيادة الغذائية في إفريقيا، التي ستنظم في الفترة من 25 إلى 27 يناير تحت شعار “إطعام إفريقيا: السيادة الغذائية والقدرة على الصمود”.
وينظم المؤتمر بمبادرة من مجموعة البنك الإفريقي للتنمية وحكومة السنغال ومفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي، ويشهد مشاركة حوالي عشرين رئيس دولة وحكومة.
ويهدف المؤتمر الذي سيعقد في مركز عبده ضيوف الدولي للمؤتمرات في ديامينياديو (30 كلم عن دكار)، إلى الجمع بين الحكومات والقطاع الخاص والمنظمات متعددة الأطراف والمنظمات غير الحكومية والعلماء لمواجهة التحدي المتزايد للأمن الغذائي في إفريقيا.
ويمثل المغرب في هذا الحدث الدولي بوفد كبير بقيادة رئيس الحكومة عزيز أخنوش، ويضم على وجه الخصوص وزير التجهيز والماء نزار بركة، ووزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات محمد الصديقي، والرئيس المدير العام لمجموعة المكتب الشريف للفوسفاط مصطفى التراب، ورئيس الاتحاد العام لمقاولات المغرب شكيب لعلج، والمدير العام لصندوق “إثمار كابيتال” عبيد عمران وسفير الملك في السنغال حسن الناصري.
وسيترأس حفل افتتاح هذه النسخة الثانية من قمة دكار رئيس السنغال، الرئيس الحالي للاتحاد الإفريقي ماكي سال، بحضور رئيس مجموعة البنك الإفريقي للتنمية أكينوومي أديسينا، ورئيس المفوضية الإفريقية موسى فقي محمد، بالإضافة إلى العديد من رؤساء الدول والحكومات وممثلي المنظمات الدولية والخبراء.
وخلال هذه الدورة سيسعى رؤساء الدول والحكومات الأفارقة لحشد الموارد على مستوى الحكومات وشركاء التنمية والقطاع الخاص من أجل استغلال أفضل للقدرات الزراعية والغذائية لأفريقيا، وبلورة مبادرات ملموسة في هذا الاتجاه لتعزيز السيادة الإفريقية في مجال الغذاء.
كما ستسعى القمة لحفز الجهات الفاعلة في القطاع الخاص على تطوير سلاسل قيمة غذائية حيوية.
ويتضمن برنامج القمة موائد مستديرة وجلسات عامة رفيعة المستوى ومناقشات لتطوير “اتفاقيات الإمدادات الغذائية والزراعية” لكل بلد.
ويركز جدول أعمال القمة أيضا على تعبئة الالتزام السياسي رفيع المستوى حول الإنتاج والأسواق والتجارة لتنفيذ مبادرات واتفاقيات تسليم مواد الأغذية والزراعة لعدد من البلدان، وتعبئة وتنسيق الموارد الحكومية وشركاء التنمية وتمويلات القطاع الخاص في هذا الإطار من أجل تحقيق الأمن الغذائي على نطاق واسع في كل بلد إفريقي.
