خلاف بين جوماي وسونكو :عثمان سونكو يكسر صمته، “ما لا يعرفه الناس هو أن…”

ردّ عثمان سونكو أخيرًا، مخاطبًا أعضاء البرلمان، على الخلاف مع الرئيس باسيرو جوماي فاي. ووفقًا لرئيس الوزراء، لا يوجد سوى السلام بينه وبين “صديقه”، الرئيس.
وقال سونكو: “أريد أن أطمئن الجميع. لا يوجد شيء بيننا. كانت هناك حاجة إلى توضيح، وكان علينا اتخاذ خطوات تؤدي إلى ذلك. الآن، كل شيء واضح”.
وأضاف رئيس الوزراء: “من يظن أن هناك مشكلة لا حل لها، أو أننا لم نعد نتحدث مع بعضنا البعض، فهو مخطئ. لا يوجد سوى السلام بيننا. نعمل بجدّ أكبر معًا، ونكون معًا طوال الوقت، ونقضي الساعات معا ونتناول الطعام معًا. لا توجد مشاكل.”
على الصعيد السياسي، أقرّ عثمان سونكو لجوماي فاي بحرية اختياراته. وصرح عثمان سونكو: “في السياسة، لكل شخص أن يسلك طريقه الخاص. لكن ما لا يعرفه الناس هو أنني لا أعمل لصالح الرئيس جوماي فاي: أنا أعمل لصالح الشعب السنغالي. لكن هذا العمل تحت إشراف الرئيس جوماي فاي، وسيُحتسب ضمن ولايته. لذا، أفعل كل ما أراه جيدًا للسنغال. لذلك، لن يمنعنا أي سياق سياسي من العمل معًا.”
