حسن الناصري، سفير المغرب لدى السنغال: “علاقاتنا مبنية على أخوة صادقة بين شعبينا”
أعلن حسن الناصري، سفير المغرب لدى داكار، أن العلاقات بين المملكة المغربية وجمهورية السنغال “تاريخية وعميقة ومثالية”، مؤكداً أنها تقوم على “أخوة صادقة بين شعبينا، تغذيها روابط إنسانية وروحية وثقافية عريقة تمتد لقرون”.
وفي مقابلة مع صحيفة “لو سولاي” اليومية، صدرت في يوليو/تموز 2025، شدد الدبلوماسي المغربي على الطابع الفريد لهذه الشراكة، المدعومة، بحسب قوله، “بإرادة سياسية راسخة من جانب رؤساء دولنا المتعاقبين لتعزيز التعاون المتبادل المنفعة، بما يخدم رؤية مشتركة لتنمية قارتنا الأفريقية وسلامها ووحدتها”.
على الصعيد السياسي، أكد حسن الناصري على “التقارب الوثيق بين أعلى سلطات البلدين”. وأشار إلى أنه “منذ الاستقلال، حافظ جميع ملوك المغرب على علاقات وثيقة ومحترمة مع رؤساء السنغال المتعاقبين، بروح من الإخلاص والوفاء والثقة المتبادلة”.
وبالعودة إلى الجذور التاريخية لهذه العلاقة، ذكر السفير “التزام المغرب تجاه السنغال منذ الأيام الأولى لاستقلالها”، مشيرًا إلى أن المملكة “شاركت في صياغة قرار انضمام السنغال إلى الأمم المتحدة عام 1960”.
كما أشار إلى لحظات رمزية مؤثرة، مثل الاستقبال الحافل الذي حظي به جلالة الملك محمد الخامس في مطار يوف عام 1955، ومشاركة المواطنين السنغاليين في المسيرة الخضراء عام 1975، “مؤكدةً على تضامن أفريقي قوي”. أكد الدبلوماسي المغربي أيضاً على عمق الروابط الروحية بين البلدين، القائمة على “المذهب المالكي السني متسامح المتجذر في القيم الصوفية”، مضيفاً أن هذا البعد يمنح الشراكة المغربية السنغالية “عمقاً فريداً، راسخاً في القلوب كما هو في المؤسسات”.
كما سلط الضوء على الروابط الإنسانية الوثيقة بين الشعبين، والتي تتجلى في “آلاف الأسر المختلطة الناتجة عن زيجات بين مغاربة وسنغاليين”، فضلاً عن التعاون في مجال التعليم، حيث “يتابع آلاف الطلاب دراستهم في جامعات كلا البلدين”.
ويرى السفير أن كل هذه العناصر تجعل من المغرب والسنغال “نموذجاً للعلاقات في أفريقيا، مبنياً على أسس متينة، وتراث مشترك، وطموح مشترك”.
أتفق تماماً، هذه الروح الأخوية بين الشعبيين رائعة ومميزة حقاً.
