جلسات الاستماع لفاربا انغوم وطاهرُ سار: محامو الدفاع يكشفون معطيات جديدة
مثل كلٌّ من فاربا انغوم وطاهرُ سار، أمس الثلاثاء، أمام قاضي التحقيق لدى القطب القضائي المالي، في إطار التحقيقات الجارية بشأن تهم تتعلق بالاستيلاء على المال العام.
وأوضح محامي الدفاع، الأستاذ بابوكار سيسي، في تصريح للصحافة، أن جلسة الاستماع لفاربا نغوم سبقتها مباشرة جلسة استماع لطاهرُو سار، الذي تم سؤاله حول الوقائع التي وُضعا على أساسها رهن الاعتقال الاحتياطي، والمتعلقة بما وُصف بعمليات احتيال على المال العام.
وبحسب المحامي، فإن أقوال طاهرُ سار أمام قاضي التحقيق ساهمت في توضيح الصورة، حيث أكد أن القضية تتعلق أساسًا بمعاملات عقارية مدعومة بوثائق وإثباتات قانونية. وأضاف أن هذه المعطيات، وفق تعبيره، تُبرّئ موكله فاربا انغوم من تهمة تبديد الأموال العمومية، مشددًا على أنه «لا وجود لأي اختلاس أو استيلاء على المال العام».
وأشار الأستاذ بابكر سيسي إلى أن الاتهامات الأولية تحدثت عن مبلغ يناهز 125 مليار فرنك إفريقي، غير أن طاهرُ سار، حسب قوله، قدّم ما يثبت معاملات تفوق 236 مليار فرنك إفريقي، مدعّمة بالأدلة، معتبرًا أن هذه المعطيات من شأنها التأثير على مسار التحقيقات الجاري
