اختتمت أعمال الملتقى الاسلامي الذي انطلق
ما بين 11 و 12 نوفمبر 2023م في فندق لتجور بمدينة تياس والمنظم من طرف اتحاد الشبيبية المسلمة السنغالية، وشارك في الملتقى عدد القيادات الاسلامية والباحثين، تناول موضوع: دور رجال الدين وفعاليات المجتمع المدني في التهدئة الاجتماعية والسياسية؟، وتوصل موقع “رفي دكار” بنسخة من البيان الختامي للملتقى، هذا نصه:

ما هو دور رجال الدين وفعاليات المجتمع المدني في التهدئة الاجتماعية والسياسية؟
كانت أعمال الملتقى الحادي والعشرين تتمحور حول هذا الموضوع الرئيسي. وقد قام بمعالجته كبار العلماء والمفكرين والباحثين بتخصصاتهم المختلفة ومن أماكن شتى
يذكر منهم البروفيسور والعالم الاجتماعي جبي جختي وسعادة السيد / عبد العزيز جوب، والدكتور سعيد ،باه والدكتور محمد المختار لوح والدكتور / امباكي جوف، والدكتور حسن سيك وبحضور السيد زهير علي أمطير مدير إدارة الدعوة والمراكز الإسلامية بجمعية الدعوة الإسلامية العالمية بليبيا، وبحضور ممثل عن فخامة الرئيس ماكي صال.
هذه النخبة من المفكرين والإخصائيين عالجوا بالتوالي المواضيع الفرعية التالية:
علاقة السلام والاستقرار بالتنمية والازدهار. منظمات المجتمع المدني ودورها في التهدئة الاجتماعية في السنغال. الشباب السنغالي المعاصر وثقافته العنف والتشاؤم؛ ماهي الحلول المقترحة؟
وجدير بالذكر أن الموضوع الأساسي والمواضيع الفرعية ذات أهمية معتبرة حيث لا يجهل أحد أن التوتر دائما يسود في إفريقيا الغربية خاصة وفي القارة الإفريقية بصفة عامة. هذا، فإن النسبة المئوية للشبان الذين لا يتجاوز عمرهم 35 سنة مرتفعة، أضف إلى ذلك أن أكثرهم يحتاجون إلى التشغيل والتوظيف وبالتالي فإن البطالة تؤثر في تسيير عجلة التنمية السنغالية وذلك لانكماش التربية والتعليم والتكوين لهذه المجموعة المهمة من الشعب السنغالي. وذلك مما سبب في الهجرة غير الشرعية التي تؤدي بدورها إلى موت أعداد كبيرة من الشباب في البحار والصحاري وهذه الوضعية المأساوية تستدعينا جميعا إلى السعي للإتيان بحلول مناسبة. وفي الحقيقة بذلت الحكومة مجهودات جبارة غير أن المتطلبات أكبر.
وبعد مناقشات مثمرة وبناءة تمخضت التوصيات التالية:
1 يحث الملتقى الإسلامي للسلام واتحاد الشبيبة المسلمة السنغالية ويطالب من الأسر الدينية والقادة الدينيين الدمج في خطبهم مقالات تدعو إلى السلام وتنبذ العنف ليظل السنغال نموذجا في الاستقرار والسلام الاجتماعي والوحدة الوطنية.
2/ يطالب الملتقى الإسلامي للسلام من الفعاليات السياسية والمدنية والقياديين أن يبذلوا قصارى جهودهم لتعزيز السلام الاجتماعي ويبتعدوا عن كل فعل أو قول أو سلوك يؤدي إلى العنف وينبذ الاستقرار في البلاد.
3 يدعو الملتقى الإسلامي للسلام الشباب إلى التّحلي بالصبر والمثابرة أمام هذه الظاهرة التي أدت بهم إلى المغامرة في البحار والصحاري طلبا للمستوى المعيشي الأحسن والمستقبل الأكثر تفاؤلا، إن الملتقى يشاطرهم ظروفهم الصعبة التي يعتريها اليأس والتشاؤم غير أنّ الملتقى يحثهم على البحث عن هذه الظاهرة التي ادت بهم إلى المغامرة في البحار والصحاري طلبا للمستوى المعيشي الأحسن والمستقبل الأكثر تفاؤلا، إن الملتقى يشاطرهم ظروفهم الصعبة التي يعتريها اليأس والتشاؤم غير أنّ الملتقى يحثهم على البحث عن الطرق التي تؤدي إلى النجاح في البلاد ولا يعتقدوا أن الهجرة تعني الفوز والنجاح الاجتماعي 4 يطالب الملتقى الإسلامي للسلام من الدولة مزيدا من الاهتمام على أمر الشباب الذي يمثل أكثر من سبعين في المائة من السكان وهذه الشريحة من المجتمع سريعا ما تشعر بالتهميش.
5/ يبدي الملتقى تعاطفه وتضامنه مع الشعب الليبي والشعب المغربي الشقيقين للنكبة التي وقعت عليهما والتي أدت إلى فقد عدد كبير من الأرواح وأضرار جسمية في المرافق وعدد هائل من الجرحى والمنكوبين داعيا الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يتغمد الموتى منهم في واسع رحمته ويشفي الجرحى
6 يجدد الملتقى الإسلامي للسلام تضامنه وتأييده للشعب الفلسطيني الباسل ونضاله المشروع كما يندد بأعمال العنف الهمجية البشعة على الأطفال الأبرياء والنساء والسكان المدنيين في قطاع غزة ويستغرب الصمت العالمي. 7 يوجه الملتقى الإسلامي شكره خاصة إلى فخامة الرئيس ماكي صال لدعمه الدائم والثابت في سبيل نجاح هذا الملتقى السنوي للسلام. 8 يرحب الملتقى بوفد جمعية الدعوة الإسلامية العالمية المشارك في هذه الدورة كما يجدد الملتقى استعداده التام للتعاون مع الجمعية في كل ما يخدم الإسلام والمسلمين.
