توصل موقع “رفي دكار” بنسخة من نص رسالة تعزية ومواساة إلى الشعب الليبي بعث بها الخليفة العام للطريقة التيجانية بتيواون الشيخ منصور ابوبكر سه.
وجاء في نص الرسالة الموجهة إلى السفير الليبي في دكار:
