تنظيم حج 2025: وزيرة الشؤون الخارجية ياسين فال تكشف عن مستجدات وإجراءات جديدة

كشفت وزيرة الشؤون الخارجية والاندماج الإفريقي، السيدة ياسين فال، خلال مؤتمر صحفي، عن ابتكارات هامة تتعلق بتنظيم موسم حج 2025. وأكدت الوزيرة أن الإجراءات الجديدة تهدف إلى تحسين تجربة الحجاج وضمان راحتهم وسلامتهم، وسط تنسيق وثيق مع السلطات السعودية.

ثلاث ابتكارات رئيسية لتنظيم الحج:

1. مراجعة الشروط التنظيمية:تم تحديث دفتر الشروط المتعلق بإقامة الحجاج في السعودية لضمان خدمات أفضل.

2. لامركزية عمليات التسجيل:سيتم تسجيل الحجاج عبر مراكز موحدة في خمس مناطق رئيسية تشمل زيجينشور، سانت لويس، تامباكوندا، ديوربل وداكار، بهدف تسهيل الإجراءات.

3. تحسين تجربة الإقامة:تم تعزيز الجهود لتهيئة بيئة إقامة مناسبة للحجاج، مع التركيز على الخدمات اللوجستية والمرافق الأساسية في مكة والمشاعر المقدسة.

التفاصيل التنظيمية والأرقام:

• حصّة السنغال:يبلغ عدد الحجاج المخصص للبلاد 12,860 حاجاً، منهم 1,860 عبر اللجنة الوطنية و11,000 عبر الرحلات الخاصة.

• مواعيد السفر:ستبدأ الرحلات الأولى في 17 مايو 2025، بينما يعود آخر فوج في 24 يونيو.

• التكلفة:تم تثبيت التكلفة عند 4.3 مليون فرنك إفريقي، تشمل الإقامة القريبة من الحرم، الوجبات في المشاعر المقدسة، التأمين، والخدمات الطبية.

وأشارت الوزيرة إلى ارتفاع طفيف في سعر صرف الريال السعودي، الذي وصل إلى 168 فرنك إفريقي، بسبب الأوضاع الاقتصادية العالمية. كما أكدت أن هناك تعاوناً مع البنك الإسلامي السنغالي لإدارة العمليات المالية.

بروتوكول تعاون مع السعودية

أوضحت الوزيرة أن زيارة وزير الحج السعودي، توفيق الربيعة، إلى داكار أسفرت عن توقيع بروتوكول تعاون يحدد الخطوط العريضة لتنظيم الحج، ويضمن الالتزام بالإجراءات الصحية والإدارية المتفق عليها.

في ختام كلمتها، دعت الوزيرة ياسين فال الحجاج المحتملين إلى الإسراع بالتسجيل في المراكز المخصصة، مشيرة إلى ضرورة التنسيق بين الوزارات المعنية لضمان موسم حج ناجح.
