“بوركينا فاسو” و”مالي” و”النيجر” تنسحب من “إيكواس”

قررت بوركينا فاسو ومالي والنيجر سحب بلدانها، بأثر فوري، من المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا (إيكواس)، وهي منظمة شبه إقليمية تضم 15 عضوًا، حسبما أعلنت يوم الأحد في بيان صحفي مشترك. وجاءت في البيان:
إن زعماء دول الساحل الثلاث، “مع تحملهم كافة مسؤولياتهم في مواجهة التاريخ والاستجابة لتوقعات واهتمامات وتطلعات شعوبهم، يقررون بسيادة كاملة الانسحاب الفوري لبوركينا فاسو ومالي والنيجر من المنطقة الاقتصادية لأفريقيا”. وقال البيان الصحفي الذي قرأته وسائل الإعلام الحكومية في هذه البلدان: “مجتمع دول غرب إفريقيا”.
