بوركنافاسو تحتج على تصريحات للسفير الفرنسي في واغادوغو حول الأزمة الأمنية
استقبل الوزير البوركيني المنتدب المكلف بالتعاون الإقليمي، كاراموكو جان ماري تراوري، السفير الفرنسي لدى بوركينا فاسو، لإبلاغه برفض بوركينا فاسو تصريحاته التي أدلى بها يوم 5 يوليو حول الأزمة الأمنية في بوركينا فاسو، حسب بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية البوركينية.
وأوضح الوزير كاراموكو جان ماري تراوري للسفير الفرنسي أن بوركينا فاسو لا تشاطره التصريحات التي أدلى بها خلال جلسة استماع لمجموعة الصداقة فرنسا -غرب إفريقيا يوم 5 يوليو.
وكان السفير الفرنسي في بوركينا فاسو، لوك هالاد، وصف الوضع الأمني في بوركينا فاسو بأنه حرب أهلية، وقلل من أهمية جهود قوات الدفاع والأمن البوركينية في مكافحة الإرهاب.
وقال تراوري إن “هذه التصريحات غير مقبولة”، مبينا للسفير أن الإرهاب مشكلة معقدة وإقليمية، ولا يمكن اختزالها في هذه المفردات: “جزء من السكان يتمرد على الدولة ويسعى إلى الإطاحة بها”.
وأضاف الوزير البوركيني أن بلاده لا تقبل هذا التحليل الخاطئ الذي يستند لأحكام تقيمية بشأن الوضع الأمني. وردا على ذلك، أقر الدبلوماسي الفرنسي، الذي اعترف بخطئه، أن تصريحاته يمكن أن تصطدم بالحساسيات وهو يأسف لذلك.
ولاستمرار للتعاون بين البلدين، دعت وزارة الخارجية السفير الفرنسي إلى أن يكون أكثر موضوعية وانضباطا، وأبلغته أنها سترسل إليه مذكرة احتجاج.
